• B. Scope of Services - District 621 <br />1. District 621 will provide an office at Highview Middle School, Irondale High <br />School, and the Area Leaning Center for the police school resource officer, to be <br />furnished with a desk, chair telephone and general office supplies as needed. <br />District 621 will reimburse the City for 100% of the police middle school <br />resource officer's personnel and program costs. Program costs will include the <br />annual vehicle expense for providing a police emergency response vehicle. <br />3. District 621 shall reimburse the City for their share of the police middle school <br />resource officer's personnel and program costs in May of 2008. <br />4. District 621 will reimburse the City for 100% of the police high school resource <br />officer's personnel and program costs. Program costs will include the annual <br />vehicle expense for providing a police emergency response vehicle. <br />5. District 621 shall reimburse the City for their share of the police high school <br />resource officer's personnel and program costs in May of 2008. <br />6. District 621 will reimburse the City for 100% of the area learning center school <br />resource officer's personnel and program costs. Program costs will include the <br />annual vehicle expense for providing a police emergency response vehicle. <br />7. District 621 shall reimburse the City for their share of the area learning center <br />school resource officer's personnel and program costs in May of 2008. <br />8. District 621 will reimburse the city for overtime personnel costs generated by the <br />police middle school resource officer and police high school resource officer that <br />is for the benefit of and authorized by Highview Middle School, Irondale High <br />School or any of the elementary schools. This amount will be paid upon receipt <br />of a written request for payment from the City. <br />9. The reimbursement for personnel and program costs will be calculated based <br />upon nine months. <br />C. General Provisions <br />1. Texan <br />This Agreement shall be effective for the 2007 - 2008 school year. It may be <br />renewed for subsequent school years by written amendment to this Agreement. <br />2. Termination <br />a. Either the City or District 621 may terminate this agreement with or <br />without cause upon sixty (60) days written notice to the other party. The
