Lot 79-401 <br />home on a substandard lot.- 7:45 - 8:10 <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Blomquist to close the <br />hearing. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Janecek to waive the RESOLUTION <br />reading and adopt a RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF NO. 2206 <br />FACT AND APPROVING APPLICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING ON AN UNDERSIZED LOT <br />subject to condition #3 of the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />being amended to read: "that the approval is conditioned <br />on the applicants making application for a subdivision <br />and variance to add a minimum of three (3) feet to the forty <br />(40) foot lot". <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Benke to amend the motion by <br />deleting reference to the variance and subdivision to add up <br />to a minimum of three (3) feet to the lot. Vote on amendment. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Mote on main motion as amended <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes -carried <br />Mr. D. A. Nelson, 1411-Arden Court, applicant, was Bldg. Relocation <br />present to address the relocation of a commercial 79-389 <br />building on a lot just north of Mound Avenue. 8:10-8:30 <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Blomquist to close hearing. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried _ <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Blomquist to continue action <br />on building relocation to June 12 at 7:45 p.m. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Senden to return application of <br />building relocation to planning commission for study and comment. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried
