Turn building 900 towards 8th Avenue. <br />2. Re-arrange parking spots and move handicapped spot to NW <br />-corner of lot. <br />3. Move display and parts area to north end of building with <br />entry on west (8th Avenue side). <br />4. Install picture window on west and 4' x 5' north display <br />area window. <br />the clarity of the no wake zone and the after <br />dark use in the proposed ordinance. The Park <br />and Recreation Director was present to clarify these sections. <br />Motion by Werdouschegg to amend the proposed ordinance to include <br />a section that a no wake zone in the narrows between the north <br />and south portions of the lake be added. Motion died for lack - <br />of a second. <br />5. Garage door entry to shop to be on east side, in back of <br />building shielded from street. <br />6. Brick on lower h of front, remainder cedar siding. <br />7. That the roof be modified to be of a mansard design. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes -carried <br />Councilman Werdouschegg expressed concern regarding Ordinance No. 454 <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Benke to waive the second <br />reading, adopt an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING <br />SURFACE USE OF LONG LAKE and order publication. <br />3 ayes - 1 naye (Werdouschegg) - carried. <br />-4-
