<br />1 <br /> <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Werdouschegg to direct staff <br />to notify neighboring cities of the Council action and that <br />such communication include a copy of the manager's report <br />on Cable TV. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Blomquist. <br />to receive feasibility study and set a date of <br />public hearing on proposed alternate street <br />locations south of 10th Street NW and west of <br />8th Avenue NW for 7:30 p.m. July 10, 1979. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Set date of <br />Public Hearing <br />for Proposed <br />Street Locations <br />South of 10th St. <br />and West of 8th AV2 <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, s --,nded by Benke to CIF Independent <br />find that the district #282 CIP plan is generally School Dist. #282 <br />computable and consistent with the proposed Report No. 79-388 <br />Comprehensive Plan; and the the New Brighton <br />proposed Comprehensive Pla;. ,proposes public land <br />use for the Silver Oak Elementary site; and that the most <br />compatible use for the property is a school or similar <br />institution; and that the City be made aware of any discussions <br />pertaining to the future use of the school site because of the <br />City's vested interest in the use of the park land and facilities <br />on the school grounds and direct the Manager to draft a letter <br />to the School District #282 advising them of the Council action. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Mr. Bill Dirks representing Berger Transfer LP-78 <br />and Storage Inc. was present to answer questions. Report No. 79-407 <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Werdouschegg to grant <br />Berger Transfer and Storage Inc. a 90 day extension on <br />its building permit. <br />4 ayes.- 0 nayes - carried <br />Mr. Elton Dahlke, applicant, was present to Plan Consistency <br />answer questions. Dahlke Trailer <br />Sales Report <br />Motion by Janecek, seconded by Benke to find No. 79-413 <br />the proposal of Dahlke Trailer Sales to be <br />consistent with the proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Mr. Jeff Klemz representing applicant was present Plan Consistency <br />to answer questions. Highway Equipment <br />Refinishing <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Janecek to-find Report No. 79-414 <br />the proposal of Highway Equipment Refinishing - <br />to be consistent with the proposed Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />motion by Benke, seconded by Werdouschegg <br />receive CIP plans District #621 and direct <br />to report to Council within 90 days. <br />to CIP Independent <br />staff School Dist. #621 <br />Report No. 79-415 <br />-7-
