Mr. Dick Loscheider, 5bb 4th Avenue NW <br />raised a question with regard to MacGillis MacGillis & Gibbs <br />and Gibbs consistency with the proposed NC-39 LP-88 <br />New Brighton Comprehensive Plan. Report rdo. 79-427 <br />The Director of Community Development replied <br />that the property is currently zoned industrial <br />and is proposed to be industrial in the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />Mr. Bob Norgard and Mr. Hal Bumby were present representing <br />MacGillis and Gibbs. Mr. Norgard stated that work on installation <br />of fencing and required landscaping was proceeding and further <br />that a company had been contracted to install the concrete curbing <br />and paving at the entrance driveway. <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Werdouschegg to close the hearing.- <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - motion carried <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by'Janecek to RESOLUTION NO.221Y <br />waive the reading and adopt A RESOLUTION <br />MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVT14G <br />APPLICATION FOR NON-CONFORMING USE PERMIT NC-39. <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Janecek to amend the <br />Resolution in the "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED" by adding a <br />number 3 to read as follows: <br />113. That the driveway entering from 5th Avenue. be <br />provided with concrete curbing and permanent <br />paving.
