Mortgage <br />After lengthy discussion regarding the request Rpt 79-347 <br />that the city give preliminary approval <br />of the tax exempt mortgage, there was a <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Benke,to indicate <br />the approval of the City Council of the project in <br />the tax exempt mortgage subject to, but not limited to: <br />1. That the parcels be combined; <br />2. That adequate room for roadway on the <br />north be included; <br />3. That plans on future compatible construction <br />expansion be included for the total site with <br />the initial submission <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />to amend the RESOLUTION <br />motion by Benke, seconded by Werdouschegg <br />resolution to replace the word warehouse with industrial NO. 2174 <br />and industrial development bonds should be replaced with <br />the words tax exempt mortgage and to waive the reading of <br />the resolution and adopt RESOLUTION GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO A <br />PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO BE CONSTRUCTED AND <br />FINANCED UNDER THE MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ACT, <br />AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE <br />COMMISSIONER OF SECURITIES FOR APPROVAL THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE PROJECT. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes- carried <br />
