BOUNDARIES OF REDEVELOPMENT AREA Legal Description: That part of Sections 16, 17, 20, 21, 28, 29 and 32, Township 30 North, Range 23 West of the 4th Principal Meridian located in Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of State Trunk Highway (S.T.H.) 96 with the westerly right-of-way line of I -35W; thence southerly and southwesterly along the westerly right-of-way line of I -35W to the northerly right-of-way line of I-694; thence westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of I-694 to the easterly right-of-way line of County State Aid Highway (C.S.A.H.) 77; thence southerly along the easterly right-of-way line of C.5.-A.H. 77 to the southerly right-of-way line of I-694; thence easterly and southeasterly along the southerly right-of-way line of I-694 to the northerly right-of-way line of County Road F; thence westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of County Road F to the intersection with the northerly extension of the easterly lot line of Lot 5, Block 3, Second Addition to New Brighton; thence southerly along the easterly line of said Lot 5 and its northerly extension to the northerly richt-of-way line of the east/west alley in said Block 3; thence southwesterly to the northwest corner of Lot 13 in said Block 3; thence southerly along the easterly right-of-way line of the north/south alley in said Block 3 to the southwest corner of Lot 17 in said Block 3; thence southeasterly to the southeast corner of Lot 18 in said Block 3; thence southerly�al.ong the westerly right-of-way line of 3rd Ave. NW to the northerly right-of-way line of 8th Street NW;
