CONSENT FORM <br />We, the undersigned, as owners of property within 300 feet <br />of. the Falcon Service Station at 2051 Silver Lake Road, New Brighton, <br />Minnesota, have been contacted by personnel of the Falcon Oil Company. <br />We understand that the Falcon Oil Company is currently requesting that <br />the Council of New Brighton grant a variance for the erection of a' <br />canopy to be placed atop the gasoline pumps at the aforementioned service <br />station. We further understand that the proposed canopy will extend <br />almost 15 feet into the required set back area and will necessitate the <br />grant of a variance before such can be constructed. We do not find <br />that the proposed construction or erection of the canopy is in any way <br />detrimental to the aesthetics of the community o n to its health or welfare, <br />and further recommend that Council grant Falcon Oil,Company its variance <br />request for erection of a canopy to be placed atop the gasoline pumps at <br />2051 Silver Lake Road, New Brighton, Minnesota. <br />1. 1 <br />
