Council Proceedings g <br />City of New Brighton ~~ f <br />Dec. 14, 197& <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Fisher to include <br />in the resolution denying PRD denial of the fill permit <br />for the following reasons: <br />1. The filling would provi de no general benefit to the <br />public or specific benefit to the Homes Association. <br />2. That although the filling would somewhat resolve <br />the question of access, it would negatively <br />affect amenities on the site. <br />3. No proof was shown of approval by the property owner <br />to the north to fill his property. <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />Motion. by Werdouschegg, seconded by Hardt to waive RESOLUTION <br />reading of resolution and adopt a resolution entitled NO. 1805 <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 1706 <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by Werdouschegg to declare a <br />moratorium on the issuance of permits on the subject <br />property (PRD #21) and to direct the administration to <br />prepare a resolution declaring a maratorium on the issuance <br />of permits on the subject property (PRD #21). Such <br />resolution shall contain the fact the hearing on PRD #21 <br />brought forth problems of access, screening, site preparation, <br />and building elevation because of changed conditions in PRD #18 <br />which were not present nor anticipated at the time of <br />review of PRD #18. Such resolution shall further contain <br />guidelines for revised planning on the subject property (PRD#21) <br />providing that such revision shall be in conformance with the density <br />requirement of revised PRD #18 and shall resolve problem of <br />access, screening and shall preserve the amenities of the <br />open space area. <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried <br />Attorney advised that the hearing on R-92 was not R-92 <br />properly called because there was defective legal 10:48 to <br />description in the petition and the Council did not 10:51 <br />have jurisdiction to act on the matter and <br />advised the Council to take no action (Shine) <br />Council took no action on R-92 <br />New Business <br />Motion by Werdouschegg, seconded by Senden to receive <br />letter from George Carlson, 1799 15th Avenue NW, dated <br />Dec. 8, 1976 re: snowmobile areas. <br />5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried <br />George Carlson was present to review his letter. <br />
