Of NEW BRIGHTON <br />And <br />City Council <br />New Brighton, Minnesota 55112 <br />Dear Sirs: <br />On September 21, 1976 we submitted a letter and plans <br />for a storage tank to be installed at our present location <br />to alleviate a problem for the storage of our chemicals <br />used in the process of treating wood. <br />Originally we had this planned in order for us to remain <br />competitive in the marketplace. However, it has become <br />apparent to us that without the tank we are failing to meet <br />the stipulations required by the P.C.A. for storage of <br />liquid chemicals. Therefore, we hereby resubmit the plans <br />with the understanding that we must meet the P.C.A. requirements <br />for the health and welfare of the general public. <br />Thank you for your reconsideration of our request and hope <br />it will meet with your approval. <br />Yours truly, <br />R.
