RESOLUTION They took no action regarding the resolution noting VN=159 that it was inappropriate to act on such resolution RCE Corp until more information was submitted by the developer. Public Hearinas The City Clerk stated that he had reviewed the SP-75 hearing notice with the City Attorney atxi found that Clark the hearing was properly called. The Building and Pharmacy Planning Coordinator reviewed-the planning report and Planning Commission recommendations. 9:10 to 9;40 Mark Clark, applicant, stated that he would agree with the plan as recommended by the Planning Commission. Councilman Senden asked if one of the options were to move the Clark wall sign down 14 inches. Clark stated that was the intention Councilman Senden asked whether it was the applicant's intent to at sometime move the Clark Pharmacy sign now on the canopy and make it a pylon sign. Clark responded that he had no such plans at this time, Clark further stated that whi~.e the Clark sign would be moved to the facia portion of the canopy, he had long term plans for construction of a larger canopy so that all signs would be totally within the facia of the canopy. He added that he did not want to construct the canopy at this time because it would require moving the Brighton Cleaners Sign. No one spoke in opposition. Motion by Hardt, seconded by werdouschegg to close hearing 5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried Motion by Hardt, seconded by Fisher to direct administration to prepare a resolution in accordance with the Planning Commission recommendations; to place a condition in the resolution that the canopy be built up within 5 years or when the Brighton Cleaners sign is changed, whichever is first; and further that drawings of the sign plan be attached to the resolution and be made a part of the resolution 5 ayes- 0 nayes- carried VN-162 The City Clerk stated that he had reviewed the hearing Rodney notice with the City Attorney and found that the hearing Billman was properly called. The Building and Planning Coordinator reviewed the planning report and Planning 9:4i to Commission recommendations. 10:02 Councilman Werdouschegg asked whether the plans included limiting the ground sign in the future to 36 square feet. Mayor Bromander pointed out that that was not part of the sign plan but was part of the Planning Commission recommendations..
