He stated that Reorgani- <br />the proposal scales down the number of Board of Review nation <br />members and provides for Council appointments of the members. <br />He noted further that the proposal ~~would include the authority <br />of the Council to appoint other boards, to provide job <br />descriptions for Planning Commission members and provides <br />for the Council to appoint the Planning Commission chairmen. <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by tr?erdouschegg to defer action <br />Motion by Senden, seconded by Hardt to amend the motion Rpt on <br />by directing that the administration and the Planning Proposed <br />Commission review the proposed ordinance and provide the Ord. <br />Council with report by the first meeting in December.
