<br />8-2 All licenses shall be obtained
<br />from the Clerk of the municipality.
<br />Application for . licenses shall be
<br />filed with the clerk on the forms fur-
<br />nished by the municipality. The fee
<br />for eaeh\icense shall be twelve
<br />($12.00) annually.
<br />8-3 All licenses shal! expire on July
<br />1 following the date of issuance un-
<br />less sooner revoked or forfeited. If
<br />a license granted hereunder is nOw
<br />renewed previous to its expiration
<br />'then all rights granted by such li-
<br />cense shall cease and any work pel'-
<br />formed after the expiration of the
<br />license shal! be in violation of this
<br />code.
<br />8-4 Persons, firms, or corporations
<br />renewing their licenses after the ex-
<br />piration date shall be charged the
<br />full annual license fee. No pro-rated
<br />license fee shall be allowed 'for re-
<br />newals.

<br />public right of way must satisfy the
<br />building inspector that he is provid-

<br />surance to protect the municipality
<br />and the public from any and all
<br />damages which may result, either
<br />directly or indirectly, from the mov-
<br />ing of said building.
<br />8-13 Any person, firm Ot corpon.-
<br />tion holding a Master Gas Installers
<br />license shall file with the Clerk of
<br />the municipality policies of public
<br />liability and property damage which
<br />shall remain and be in force and
<br />effect during the entire term of

<br />liability insurance shaH not be less
