DA070236 <br /> DEPARTMENT HEAD'S APPROVAL: (,mid <br /> CITY MANAGER'S APPROVAL: <br /> No comments to supplement this re ort Comments attached <br /> <br /> <br /> Recommendation: Adopt the attached resolution reapportioning special assessments on the <br /> properties at 1843 and 1849 Stinson Boulevard. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Legislative History: In 2001 the City Council levied special assessments against the properties <br /> at 1843 and 1849 Stinson Boulevard for the reconstruction of Stinson Boulevard in 2000. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> • Financial Impact: No cost to the City, all costs to be paid by property owner <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Explanation: The properties at 1843 and 1849 Stinson Boulevard have recently been involved in <br /> a court case that reconfigured a common lot line, and Ramsey County is requesting the existing <br /> special assessments on the property be reapportioned accordingly. The reconfiguring of the lot <br /> does not change the benefit of the project to the properties and therefore the levied assessments <br /> remain as originally certified to Ramsey County.
