<br />The Village Council of the Village of
<br />.ew Brighton Ordains:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1
<br />
<br />There is hereby created and estab-
<br />shed a sewer district within the Vil-
<br />Ige of New Brighton to be deSignated
<br />, Sewer District NO.1 which shall in-
<br />[ude all of the territory within the
<br />1110wing boundaries:
<br />
<br />Commencing at the southeast corner
<br />f Section 20 in Township 30 North,
<br />:ange 23 West, which is in the center
<br />nc of First Avenue Northwest, thence
<br />orth along the center line of First
<br />,venue Northwest to a point 200 feet
<br />orth of the north line of 'Tenth Street
<br />forthwest, thence northerly and west-'
<br />rly on a line parallel with and 200 feet:
<br />orth of the north line of Tenth Street i
<br />forthwest, to the east line of the right I
<br />f way of the Minnesota Transfer Rail-I
<br />)ad Company, thence northerly along I
