<br />as follows:

<br />Section 1. That any person found ''''ithin the Village
<br />of Hew ErigrJtoh, who by word of mouth or in writing advocates
<br />or teaches in said Village of l~ew Brighton or is about to
<br />advocate or teach therein. or habitually advocates or teaches,
<br />or is engaged in iNhole or inrart in t-ne oGcupatiol1, whether
<br />for gain or gratuitouslY,of advocating, advising or teaching
<br />the duty. necessity or propriety pf crime or of vJOlence
<br />as a means of accomplishing industrial or political ends,
<br />8halloe guilty of vagral)cy.
<br />
<br />Section 2. That any person found within the Village
<br />of New Brigbton, wno by word of mouth or in writing, advocates
<br />or teaches in said Village of Uew Brighton, or is about to
<br />advocate or teach therein, or habitually advocates or teaches,
<br />or is engaged in wbole or in part in the occupation, whether
<br />for gain or gratuitously, of advocating advising or teaching
<br />the vi61ation or disregard of any duty or obligation imposed
<br />by any statute of this State, ot of the United States, upon
<br />any person or class of persons, shall be guilty of vagrancy.
<br />
<br />Section 3. That any person found within the Village of
<br />New Brighton, who by any written or printed matter whatsoever,
<br />or by oral speech teaches. advises 01" advocates or is about to
<br />teach, ad~1se or advocate or w~o habitua~ly advocat s or
<br />teac11es or who is engc'.ged in whole or in part in the occupation,
<br />whether for gain or gratuitously. of advocating, :teaching
<br />or advising that citizens of this dtate shall not or ought not
<br />aid or assist tile United States in prosecuting or car:rying
<br />on war with the public enemies of the United St;,"tes, SllSll
<br />be gu.il ty of vagrancy. A ci tizert of this State for Hie r)urpo~:e
<br />of this ordinance, is hereby definea to be any person within
<br />the confines of the State.

<br />Section 4. Any person found guilty of vagrancy as de-
<br />fined in this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof be
<br />puniShed by a fine not to exceed $100.00 or imprisonment
<br />in the County Workhouse not to exceed 90 days or oath.
<br />
