That in all case. where a license or permit is r&- <br /> <br />Q,uiLred to e.arry on a,ny 'business, or to do or perfonn any act or thing, <br /> <br />within the limit$ of said village of New Bright.on under or pursuant <br /> <br />to any ordinance of said village, tlle person or peraons requiriag <br /> <br />,- <br />suoh lieense shall make written applioation therefor to the Reoorder <br /> <br />CJf said village who shall make out and iSlJUe the same when all other <br />conditions requisite for the granting of such lieense Shall have been <br />done and performed., and a duplicate oopy of all licenses shall be <br /> <br />retained by said Recorder. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The amm.mt requisite to be paid for such lioense shall <br />be paid direct to the village Treasurer, and the Recorder shall not <br />i8sue any license until the Treasurer's receipt is delivered to him. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Any and all licenses may be revoked by said Village <br />CounQil for a v'olation of any of the ordinanoes of said village or <br />the laW's of the sta.te of Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 4... Unless otherwise provided by law, upon the revocation <br /> <br />of anY lioense, the village Recoredr shall draw an o:t*der upon the <br /> <br />village Treasurer to refund any unearned money which may be due on <br />any license revoked. but no amoW1t shall be computed, or order drawn, <br />for the fraotional part of any month; :pro.viqed, that such order shall <br />be drawn or money refunded unless the amount paid for such license <br /> <br />shall be twenty-five (25) dollars or more. <br /> <br />S:EOTION 5.
