I I n .11> I " " RESOLUTION No. 05-041 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON SOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING OF PL 05-02. HEREAS, an application for a Minor Subdivision has been made by Mr. John Ordway to split the existing lot at 500 5th A venue NW into two lots of record. HEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. An application for a minor subdivision was filed with the City of New Brighton on April 9,2005; 2. Forty-six (46) letters were sent to the surrounding property owners within 350 feet of the subject properties notifying them of the proposed split and public hearing; 3. Notice of Public Hearing was published in the New Brighton Bulletin. 4. The City Council considered the application and voted to approve the request on May 10, 2005; and OW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to PL 05-05: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. The subject site is zoned B-4, Downtown Business. The resulting lot split will result in a net total of one additional commercial lot in the City. The resulting split will not create any non-confonnities with the Zoning Code. As specified in Section 26-31 (5) of the New Brighton City Code, the City Council held a Public Hearing. The site is proposed to be divided into to three lots: Parcel A 1 is proposed to be 55,063 ft.? Parcel B is proposed to be 36,674 ft.2 6. The legal description is as per Attachment A. 1.
