<br />,", <br /> <br />:' I: <br />" <br />" <br />!' <br /> <br />,;-' <br /> <br />. <br />~/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 05~034 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION AND <br />FINAL PLAT PLOS-04 & FP05-04. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application has been made by Mark Nelson of United Properties to be <br />considered for a Minor Subdivision and Final Plat review by the City Council. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />1. An application for a Minor Subdivision and a Final Plat was filed with the City of <br />New Brighton on April I, 2005 <br /> <br />2. The Planning Commission considered the requests on April 19, 2005. <br /> <br />3. The Planning Commission recommended approval for the minor subdivision and <br />the final plat applications, <br />4. The City Council considered the applications at the April 26, 2005 meeting. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />PL05-04 & FPOS-04: <br />1. The site is zoned MX, Mixed Use. <br />2, The Planning Commission finds that the submitted application meets the <br />requirements in Section 26-41, Data Necessary for Final Plat. <br />3. The application has gone through the preliminary plat review process. <br />4, The New Brighton City Council approved a preliminary plat on March 22, <br />2005. <br />5. The Planning Commission held a public hearing for a minor subdivision on <br />April 19, 2005 and all persons were given the opportunity to be heard. <br />6. The Planning Commission recommended approval for the minor subdivision <br />7. The Planning Commission reviewed an application for a final plat for <br />"Applewood Poiute of New Brighton" on April 19, 2005. <br />8. The Planning Commission recommended conditional approval to the City <br />Council for the final plat. <br />9. The City Council considered the application to split off "Outlot A" and <br />approved the minor subdivision. <br />10.
