,", :' I: " " !' ,;-' . ~/ RESOLUTION No. 05~034 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION AND FINAL PLAT PLOS-04 & FP05-04. WHEREAS, an application has been made by Mark Nelson of United Properties to be considered for a Minor Subdivision and Final Plat review by the City Council. WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. An application for a Minor Subdivision and a Final Plat was filed with the City of New Brighton on April I, 2005 2. The Planning Commission considered the requests on April 19, 2005. 3. The Planning Commission recommended approval for the minor subdivision and the final plat applications, 4. The City Council considered the applications at the April 26, 2005 meeting. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to PL05-04 & FPOS-04: 1. The site is zoned MX, Mixed Use. 2, The Planning Commission finds that the submitted application meets the requirements in Section 26-41, Data Necessary for Final Plat. 3. The application has gone through the preliminary plat review process. 4, The New Brighton City Council approved a preliminary plat on March 22, 2005. 5. The Planning Commission held a public hearing for a minor subdivision on April 19, 2005 and all persons were given the opportunity to be heard. 6. The Planning Commission recommended approval for the minor subdivision 7. The Planning Commission reviewed an application for a final plat for "Applewood Poiute of New Brighton" on April 19, 2005. 8. The Planning Commission recommended conditional approval to the City Council for the final plat. 9. The City Council considered the application to split off "Outlot A" and approved the minor subdivision. 10. The City Council considered the final plat to consolidate the lots of record into one parcel "Lot 1, Block 1 Applewood Pointe of New Brighton" as the description of a new plat.
