<br />'.1 <br /> <br /> <br />i: I: <br />1,1; <br />II: <br />I, 'I <br /> <br />'I <br />'I <br />I, <br />,;fl, <br /> <br />'t <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 05.033 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />SOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT APPROVING FP 05-05. <br /> <br />HEREAS, an application for a Final Plat has been made by Mr. Bill Buelow to split the existing lot <br />at 790 1 sl Street NW into three lots of record. <br /> <br />HEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />1. An application for a minor subdivision was filed with the City of New Brighton on <br />February 24, 2005; <br />2. Fifty-six (56) letters were sent to the surrounding property owners within 350 feet <br />of the subject properties notifying them of the proposed split and public hearing; <br />3. Notice of Public Hearing was published in the New Brighton Bulletin. <br />4. The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and considered the proposal at its <br />March 15, 2005 meeting and all present were given the opportunity to be heard; <br />5. The City Council considered the application and approved the request on March 22, <br />2005; <br />6, An application for a fInal plat review was received on Aprill, 2005. <br />7. The City Engineer reviewed the application and found it to be acceptable. <br />8. The Planning Commission reviewed the final plat on April 18, 2005 and <br />recommended approval to the City Council. <br />9. The City Council considered the request on April 26, 2005. <br /> <br />Now THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in <br />respect to FP 05-05: <br /> <br />1. The subject site is zoned R-IA, Single Family Residential. <br />2. The resulting lot split will result in a net total of two additional single family lots in <br />the City. <br />3. The resulting split will not create any non-conformities with the Zoning Code. <br />4. As specified in Section 26-31(5) of the New Brighton City Code, the Planning <br />Commission held a Public Hearing. <br />5. The site is proposed to be divided into to three lots: <br />Parcel A is proposed to be 5,519 ft? <br />Parcel B is proposed to be 5,516 ft? <br />Parcel C is proposed to be 8,563 ft2 <br />6.
