I' II" I ction 3. Declaration of Intent. 3.01. The Council hereby declares its intent to demolish or cause to be demolished e substandard building or buildings and to prepare the Parcel for redevelopment. 3.02. The Council hereby declares its intent to include the Parcel within a development tax increment financing district. 3.03. The Council hereby declares its intent to file a request for certification of the arcel as part of a redevelopment tax increment financing district with the Ramsey County uditor within three (3) years of demolishing or removing the substandard building or uildings. Section 4. Notice to County Auditor. 4.01. If the City establishes a redevelopment tax increment financing district and eludes the Parcel, then upon filing the request for the certification of the tax capacity of e Parcel as part of such redevelopment tax increment financing district, the City shall otify the Ramsey County Auditor that the original tax capacity of the Parcel must be djusted as provided in Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.177, Subd. 1 (f). Adopted by the Council of the City this 14th dayof December ,2004.
