("Belsswenger s ) for the acqUlSltlOn of the Site from the CIty; and <br />I <br />W:JIIEREAS, the redevelopment of the Site will require management of stormwater <br />rurtpff; and <br /> <br />;:, <br />WijIEREAS, the City and Ramsey County ("County") intend to construct and maintain a <br />Wi;.. 'er quality pond basin to treat runoff from adjacent County roadways and the Site; and <br /> <br />W EREAS, the City and County have negotiated a Cooperative Agreement for <br />co' struction and maintenance of this pond; and <br /> <br />W~EREAS, the County Board of Commissioners approved this Cooperati ve Agreement <br />at its meeting on September 28, 2004; and <br />" <br />:! ; <br />WWIEREAS, the City intends to negotiate a separate agreement for Beisswenger' s to i <br />as~hme_the_costs_andmaintenance responsibilities called for in the proposed CooperatiY.e_________________.__~" <br />A&feement; i <br />Ii I <br />T~REFORE B~ IT RESOL VE~ that the City of New Brighton hereby approved the ' <br />attllched CooperatIve Agreement WIth Ramsey County for the construction and <br />maf,: ntenance of a drainage pond on Highway 96, and authorizes execution of the <br />Agreement. <br />:1 <br /> <br />;, <br />I <br />il <br />H <br />" <br /> <br />I <br />l' <br />
