Public Hearing. <br />i: <br />" <br /> <br />!~ .01. This Council shall meet on Tuesday, December 14, 2004 commencing at 7:30 <br />0'c10C~i p.m. at City Hall, 803 Old Highway 8 NW, New Brighton, Minnesota, to hold a public <br />hearin!' on the following: (a) modifications to the Development Program for Development <br />Distric No. 1 (the "Project Area") to reflect increased project costs and increased bonding <br />autho ~y; (b) modifications to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment <br />Finanl,ng Districts Nos. 2, 4-20, 23, and 25-30 to reflect increased project costs and <br />increa, ed bonding authority within the Project Area; (c) creation of Tax Increment Financing <br />District No. 31 (NWQ Special Law) (the "TIF District"); and, (d) adoption of a Tax Increment <br />Finanq ng Plan (the "TIF Plan") relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with <br />Minne~ota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134, 469.174 to 469.1799 and Laws of <br />Minne~ota 1998, Chapter 389, Article 11, Section 24, inclusive, as amended and <br />suppl~tnented from time to time. - <br />!, <br />!t <br />., <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-092 <br /> <br />iSection 2.
