<br />" <br /> <br />:1 <br />I' <br />q <br /> <br />!i <br />:j <br />i: <br />:! <br />;: <br />ii <br />i <br />j; <br />d <br />'j <br />h <br />~ 1 <br />i Resolution Adopting the Proposed Maximum Tax Levies for Taxes Payable in 2005 for <br />!~icentennial Pond and Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Tax Districts <br />i, <br />~ j <br />l~ereas, stonnwater improvements to Bicentennial Pond were approved in 2002, and <br />I) <br />I~ereas, the improvements are to be paid from Stoml Sewer Improvement Tax District tax <br />:~evies (75%) and Stonnwater Fund contributions (25%), and <br />ii <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 04-071 <br /> <br />City of New Brighton <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />liwhereas, the Bicentennial Pond Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District has been <br />!~stablished, consisting of the fourteen properties surrounding the Bicentermial Pond, and <br />I, <br />1i <br />Ilwhereas, the portion of the BicentelUlial Pond Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District tax <br />I~evy to be levied for 2005 is $3,302, and <br />H <br />l\whereas, the Stormwater Fund will transfer $2,201 to this stormwater improvement project, <br />lpud <br /> <br />IJ <br /> <br />jbereas, there are ongoing lake restoration improvements to Lake Diane, and <br />Ii <br />l/whereas, the improvements are to be paid from Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District tax <br />iaevies (75%) and Stormwater Fund contributions (25%), and <br />II <br />II <br />Ifwh, ereas, the Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District was established in 1984, <br />l~onsisting of the 24 properties on Lake Diane, and <br />I! <br /> <br />I~ereas, the $6,150 Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District tax levy approved <br />1m 2003 will be levied in 2004 and payable in 2005, and <br /> <br /><'i <br />ilWhereas, the proposed maximum 2005 Lake Diane Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District <br />iitax levy will include an additional $6,000 for work to be determined later this fall, and <br />:! <br /> <br />iiwhereas, the Stormwater Fund will transfer $2,050 to this stormwater improvement project. <br />Ii <br />" <br />i, <br />i~ow Therefore Be It Resolved, that: <br /> <br />Jj <br />:; 1.
