<br />RESOLUTION No. 05-070 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />SOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING LP05-09. <br /> <br /> <br />HEREAS, an application for a Site Plan Review to expand the existing parking lot at 2287 Palmer Drive <br />has been made by Mr. Ron Spoden, of 1. Buxell Architects, Ltd. <br /> <br />HEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />1. An application for a site plan review was received by the City of New Brighton on July 29, <br />2005. <br />2. The Planning Commission considered the site plan on August 16, 2005 and recommended <br />approval to the City Council. <br />3. The City Council considered the application on August 23,2005 and approved the site plan. <br /> <br />OW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Council makes the following Findings of Fact in <br />respect to LP05-09: <br /> <br />1. "Crossroads of New Brighton" owns the parcels at 2287 Palmer Drive. <br />2. The site is zoned R3-A, Multiple Family Residential. <br />3. The site has a future land use designation of "Medium Density Residential" in the New <br />Brighton Comprehensive Plan. <br />4. The applicant is proposing to expand the existing parking lot by 12 off street parking <br />stalls. <br />5. The parking lot expansion meets Zoning Code regulations. <br />6. The proposed grading and drainage was found to be acceptable to the City Engineer. <br /> <br />E IT FuRTHER RESOLVED, the application LP05-09 is hereby recommended for approval with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Approval of a permit by the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />2.
