The Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public <br /> hearing on November 20, 2007 and all present were given a chance to freely speak at the <br /> hearing. <br /> 3.` " The Planning Commission considered the request the request on November 20, 2007, <br /> held a public hearing, and voted unanimously to approve. <br /> 4.1 The City Council reviewed the request on November 27, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br /> WHE s, the Planning Commission and City Council make the following Findings of Fact with <br /> respe to the Preliminary Plat (PL2007-006) and Final Plat (FP2007-005): <br /> 1. The property is located at 400 1St Street SW. <br /> 21 The property is zoned I-2, Heavy Industrial District. <br /> 3 The property is guided in the Comprehensive Plan for Heavy Industrial. <br /> 4 = The total property area is approximately 8 acres. <br /> 5 I Existing legal description is as follows: <br /> I (Existing Torrens Certificate of Title No. 565742) <br /> That part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 30, <br /> ! Range 23, lying Northerly of the center line of First Street Southwest, and lying Easterly <br /> ! of the Minnesota Transfer Railway Company right of way and Southerly of the <br /> Minneapolis, St. Paul Pacific and Sault Ste Marie right of way, subject to the rights of <br /> public in and to First Street Southwest. <br /> <br /> And <br /> <br /> <br /> (Abstract) <br /> All of Block 14, New Brighton, together with all of the North and South and east and <br /> !
