<br />" , ~ <br /> <br />, \ <br />: ! <br />, ' <br />1 ; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 04-006 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />i <br />,; <br /> <br />II <br />I' <br />\ <br />, I <br />I <br /> <br />iRESOLUTlON MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING OF PL 03-05. <br /> <br />!WHEREAS, an application for a Minor Subdivision has been made by Mr. Chuck Stark to split a lot at <br />I Long Lake Road and 13th Street NW(PIN: 203023320060); and Per Chapter 26 - Subdivisions of <br />the New Brighton Ordinance, lot splits are required to have a public hearing in front of the City <br />Council, and <br /> <br />, IWHEREAS, the procedural history ofthe application is as follows: <br />I <br /> <br />, f <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />An application for a minor subdivision was filed with the City of New Brighton on <br />December 5,2003; <br />Forty three (43) letters were sent to the surrounding property owners within 350 feet of <br />the subject properties notifying them of the proposed split and public hearing; <br />Notice of Public Hearing was published in the New Brighton Bulletin. <br />The City Council held a Public Hearing and considered the proposal at its January 13, <br />2004 meeting; and <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />, I <br /> <br /> <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />jNOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect <br />; to PL 03-05: <br />I 1. The subject site is zoned R-1, Single Family Residential. <br />2. The resulting lot split will result in a total of four single family lots in the City. <br />3. The resulting split will not create any non.conformities with the Zoning Code. <br />4. As specified in Section 26.31(5) of the New Brighton City Code, the City Council held a <br />Public Hearing. <br />5. The site is proposed to be divided into to four lots: <br />Lot 1: 10,040 ft? <br />Lot 2: 10,044 ft.2 <br />Lot 3: 16,341 ft.2 <br />Lot 4: 13,562 ft.2 <br />6.
