Inc. in the amount of $1,453,125.19. <br />Financial Impact: Please see attached payment breakdown for details. <br />Explanation: This project consists of the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, streets, <br />sidewalks, ornament al street lighting, and the streetscaping in Phase I of the Northwest Quadrant <br />redevelopment project.
