NEW BRIGHTON ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION AND <br />INS <br />LLATION OF A GAS COLLECTION SYSTEM. <br />Subdivision 1. Appropriation. 6 000 000 is appropriated from the bond <br />oroceeds <br />fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for cost <br />relatilq <br />to environmental remediation and the installation of a gas collections stem <br />both <br />located on or to be located on ublicl owned land in the area described in Laws <br />of Mi <br />nesota Chapter 389 Article 11 section 24 subdivision 1 and commonly referred <br />to as <br />I he Northwest Quadrant in the city of New Brighton. <br />Subd. 2. Bond sale. To provitde the money appropriated b subdivision 1 from <br />the b <br />ndproceeds fund the commissioner of finance shall sell and issue bonds of the <br />state <br />n an amount up to $6,000,000 in the manner, on the terms and with the effect <br />ressiribed <br />by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and bV the Minnesota <br />cons <br />ution article XI sections 4 to 7. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
