Johnson, Assistant to the City Manager <br />CITY MANAGER'S APPROVAL: <br />to supplement this <br />Recommendation: <br />At the January 22, 2008 work session meeting, the City Council directed City staff to review and <br />revise Chapter 2 (Article 4) of the New Brighton City Code regarding the establishment of <br />advisory commissions. For City Council review, staff has attached a draft ordinance that <br />identifies the proposed changes to Chapter 2 -Article 4 of the City Code. The proposed changes <br />are highlighted in red. The proposed deletions to the City Code have been striken in the <br />document. Also for City Council review, staff has created a draft commission/committee <br />application form. City staff is seeking direction from the City Council regarding the proposed <br />changes to Chapter 2 of the City Code and the application form. <br />Legislative History: <br />None <br />Financial Impact: <br />None <br />Explanation: <br />For City Council review, City staff has attached a proposed ordinance that revises City Code <br />Chapter 2 (Article 4) and a new application form.
