Also, we started <br />something new called Gents and Java which will meet twice a month on the 2"d <br />and 4m Thursday. This is created for men to have a chance to get together and <br />discuss sports and other things they are interested in. <br />C. Family Service Center Food and Liquor Vendor Policies <br />Facility Use Coordinator Jeanne Balfanz talked with the C <br />updated Food and Liquor Vendor Policies and Procedures <br />Preferred Caterer List. <br />Jeanne explained that vendors that wanted to be on <br />annual marketing fee of $250. Jeanne stated she coi <br />see how their policy worked. Some communities cl <br />our policy would be beneficial to the vendors, to <br />facility. Jeanne felt <br />and to those renting our <br />s is truly a marketing fee. <br />Jeanne stated she hoped to get about 4 vendors on the preferred catering list, <br />maybe 2 for liquor and 10 for box lunch. <br />Jeanne stated we are being competitive. with Mounds View and Shoreview. The <br />$250 fee is relatively inexpensive. They will be less likely to charge this back to <br />our customers. <br />Jeanne stated that we have checked with Ramsey County and our policies fall into <br />their guidelines. <br />Jason mentioned that this is fair and equitable.
