<br />! i <br />, <br /> <br />;: <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />, i <br />I, <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />\ ; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 04-004 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />I" <br />i <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO-PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PIKE LAKE <br />DRIVE FROM HIGHVIEW DRIVE TO THORN DALE AVENUE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, On October 28, 2003, the New Brighton City Council referred a petition <br />I from residents of the Pike Lake area requesting no-parking on the south side of Pike Lake <br />Drive from Highview Drive to Thorndale Avenue, to the Public Safety Commission for study <br />and recommendation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the petition sited that vehicles are parking on both side of Pike lake Drive <br />between Highview Drive and Thorndale Avenue making it difficult for two cars to pass and <br />for pedestrians and wheelchairs to walk and use the side of the road, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after studying the issue the Public Safety Commission, at their December <br />10, 2003, meeting recommend to the City Council that parking should be banned on the <br />south side of Pike Lake Drive between Highview Drive and Thorndale Avenue. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of New Brighton <br />hereby establishes no-parking on the south side of Pike Lake Drive from Highview Drive to <br />Thorndale Avenue. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of January, 2004. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br /> <br />I .
