in pro -social behavior, and prevent violent behavior and drug use; and create schools and communities <br />that are a safe, disciplined, and drug-free environment; and engage parents, community organizations, and <br />social services agencies to help develop an infrastructure that will institutionalize and sustain successful <br />grant components after federal funding has ended. <br />The City of New Brighton will incur no costs to participate in this grant. The Dept. of Public Safety will <br />be working with Mounds View Schools to help implement the elements of the plan, and, Officer Kathy <br />McNeely will be serving on the District's Interdisciplinary Teams. Director Jacobson serves on the <br />grant's Core Management Team along with Police Chief's from Roseville, St. Anthony, Maplewood, <br />Mounds View and White Bear Lake. <br />Robert J.
