Sec. P 020. A temporary sign promoting the candidacy of a person running for a governmental <br />offic or promoting a position on an issue to be voted on at a governmental election. <br />(5) C a nopy Sign. A cloth or cloth -like covering suspended over a window or door that displays a name <br />or lol of the business within. <br />(6) C'�ic Celebration. A civic event as designated by City Council resolution. <br />(7) III auric Sign. A sign that exhibits any characteristics of movement or that appear to change, caused <br />by ar 3 method other than physically removing and replacing the sign or its components, whether the <br />appa m movement or change is in the display, the sign structure itself, or any other component of the <br />sign. <br />(8) Efectric Sign. Any sign containing electrical wiring, and/or is defined as dynamic, but not including <br />signs i Uninitiated by an exterior light source. <br />(9) L cased Bulletin Boards. A sign with a see-through cover and changeable letters used by institutions <br />such churches, public facilities, or schools to display hours of operation, special events, services, or <br />other1 elated information. <br />(10) . lashing Signs. Illuminated signs or lighting that have flashing or intermittent lighting. <br />(11) eeway Sign.
