<br />~:.. t -.., <br /> <br />, , <br />, : <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-090 <br /> <br />State of Minnesota <br />County of Ramsey <br />City of New Brighton <br /> <br />! iRESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2004 CUSTOMER CHARGES FOR THE <br />. i UTILITIES <br /> <br />, (Whereas, the City operates Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Utilities; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the study for 2004 has been completed and discussed by the City Council; <br /> <br />: Now, therefore be it resolved, effective with the customers' first full quarter in 2004: <br /> <br />1. The utility rates shall be: <br /> <br />Water <br /> <br />$1.18 per 1,000 gallons <br /> <br />Sewer <br /> <br />$2.40 per 1,000 gallons <br /> <br />Storm Water: <br />Single family residence <br />Park, cemetery, golf course <br />School <br />Townhouse & model home park <br />Church <br />Apartment, condominium, senior <br />housing & nursing home <br />Commercial, industrial, & <br />warehouse <br />Unimproved, vacant land <br /> <br />$10.19 per quarter <br />$2.80 per acre per quarter <br />$30.56 per acre per quarter <br />$41.57 per acre per quarter <br />$56.95 per acre per quarter <br /> <br />$67.86 per acre per quarter <br /> <br />$127.18 per acre per quarter <br />$ 0.00 per acre per quarter <br /> <br />2. The minimum quarterly charges shall be $6.40 for water and $8.00 for sewer. <br /> <br />: 3. Winter quarter water usage shall detennine the quarterly sewer charge. <br /> <br />: 4. If a residential customer's water service is not metered by the City, the sewer consumption fees shall <br />be based on a consumption rate of 40,000 gallons per quarter. For all other types of customers, the <br />fees shall be set at the City average for similar occupancy. <br /> <br />5. Ifthere is no winter quarter water usage for a residential customer, the quarterly sewer consumption <br />fees shall be based on the average of the three previous quarters' actual water usage or 10,000 gallons <br />per quarter, whichever is less. <br />
