A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE DECERTIFICATION <br />~! OF A PORTION OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO.5 <br />; j <br /> <br />ilwHEREAS, the City Council (the "Council") of the City of New Brighton, <br />Minn~sota (the "City") has established Development District No. 1 (the "Project Area") <br />and ~ithin the Project Area has further established Tax Increment Financing District No. <br />5 (th$j "Tax Increment District") and adopted a Tax Increment Financing Plan relating <br />therafp on July 24, 1984, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134 <br />and 4~9.17 4 through 469.1799, inclusive, as amended and supplemented from time to <br />t. i <br />Ime.: <br />i <br /> <br />, WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council decertify a portion of the Tax <br />Incrar1l1ent District as described on the attached Exhibit A and illustrated on the attached <br />I' <br />Exhi~lt B. <br />,! ) <br />t.
