Report <br />No. 07-196. <br />City Planner Janice Gundlach explained that neighbors were notified of the <br />proposed shed construction at Irondale High School. Staff determined all <br />special use standards have been met. The nearest residential home is over <br />600 feet from the location of the proposed shed.
