Resolution No. 08-044. <br />City Planner, Janice Gundlach explained this is an amendment for resolutions that were approved in <br />May of2007. The applicant has been actively working with Rice Creek Watershed along with MN <br />DOT. The original approval required the non-confomning home to be removed by May 1, 2008. It is <br />the request ofthe applicant to delay the demolition until October 1, 2008. It is the recommendation of <br />staff to adopt the resolution amending the original resolution. Councilmember Burg asked the applicarri <br />if October allows enough time.
