RESOLUTION NO. <br />08-049 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN AND SPECIAL USE <br />,, an application has been made by Jeff Wrede of Momentum Design Group to permit <br />exterior improvements to the property located at 2051 Silver Lake Road, including <br />tion of a drive-thru facility at the south end of the existing building and updates to the <br />'s western and southern fagades. <br />✓HER , the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br />1. Application for a Site Plan was received on February 1, 2008. <br />2. T I te Planning Commission considered the Site Plan on February 19, 2008, but tabled action. <br />3. Application for a Zoning Code Amendment was received on February 1, 2008. <br />4. P L rsuant to published notice, the proposed code amendment was considered by the Planning <br />mmission on February 19, 2008. <br />5. a Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed code amendment on <br />February 19, 2008. <br />6. T I e City Council considered the code amendment and approved it on February 26, 2008. <br />7. Application was made for a Special Use Permit on March 4, 2008. <br />8. P uant to published and mailed notice, the Planning Commission held a public hearing <br />r arding the Special Use Permit on March 18, 2008. <br />9. a Planning Commission considered the Special Use Permit on March 18, 2008, but tabled <br />10. Cly staff sent notice of extension of the 60 -day review period to May 31, 2008. <br />11. T qe Planning Commission continued discussion of the proposed Special Use Permits on <br />A. nil 15, 2008. <br />12. T a Planning Commission recommended approval subject to conditions. <br />13.
