<br />.' <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 03-061 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />i i <br />REfPLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND ApPROVING PL03-03. <br />1 " <br />W~~REAS, an application for a Minor Subdivision was made by Finn Daniels on behalf of CD Mortgage <br />, Companies to combine Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Main Street Village Addition to New Brighton and to <br />construct an addition onto 500 and 550 Main Street; and, <br /> <br />Wl!I~REAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />: ~. An application was filed with the City of New Brighton on August 1,2003; <br />:~. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on August 19,2003 and continued the hearing until <br />, September 16, 2003 <br />S. All present at the Public Hearing were given the opportunity to be heard; <br />i4. The Planning Commission considered the application and revised plans at the September l6, 2003 <br />meeting and recommended approval to the City Council with conditions; and, <br />~. The City Council heard the request and reviewed plans on September 23,2003. <br /> <br />, ; <br />, , <br />Nejvv THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact: <br />::1. the site is zoned B-4, Downtown Business and is controlled by a General Development Plan as part of <br />j i a Planned Unit Development; <br />.;2. An amended General Development Plan was approved by the City Council in June, 2001, amended <br />September 2002, and May, 2003. <br />3. The applicant has applied for a Minor Subdivision to combine lots 1 and 2, Main Street Village 1 sl <br />i Addition to New Brighton. <br />~. The application meets all ofthe requirements for minor subdivisions found in Section 26-18 <br />, <br /> <br />BE!IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the application PL03-03 is hereby approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. As part of recording a new Declaration of Covenants, the Developer shall submit a new as-build <br />Survey for the newly combined lot of record. <br /> <br />2.
