<br />. <br />~j <br /> <br />"" ", <br /> <br />-' <br /> <br />" <br />iI <br />" <br />;'j <br />j ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 03-036 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />11 <br />iRE SOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING OF PL 03-0l. <br />,I <br />I: <br />i IWHEREAS, an application for a Minor Subdivision has been made by Mr. Thomas Knoll, to split a lot at <br />I: 1760 Silver Lake Road; and Per Chapter 26 - Subdivisions of the New Brighton Ordinance, lot <br />'; splits resulting in two or less lots are required to have a public hearing in front of the City Council, <br />ii and <br />~ ; <br /> <br />I~HEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: <br /> <br />;: <br />~ ! 1. <br />ii <br />!i <br />I' <br />I <br />II 2. <br />Ii <br />" <br />; ~ 3. <br />:! <br />I 4. <br />II <br />ii <br />i <br />" <br />" <br /> <br />An application for a minor subdivision was filed with the City of New Brighton on May 1, <br />2003; <br />Thirty-nine (39) letters were sent to the surrounding property owners within 350 feet of <br />the subject properties notifying them of the proposed split and public hearing; <br />Notice of Public Hearing was published in the New Brighton Bulletin. <br />The City Council held a Public Hearing and considered the proposal at its May 27,2003 <br />meeting; and <br /> <br />I~ow THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />!I PL 03-01: <br />n <br /> <br />:i <br />I: <br />Ii <br /> <br />1. The subject site is zoned R-l, Single Family Residential. <br />2. The resulting lot split will add an additional residential lot in the City. <br />3. The resulting split will not create any non.conformities with the Zoning Code. <br />4. As specified in Section 26-31(5) ofthe New Brighton City Code, the City Council held a <br />Public Hearing. <br />5. The legal description is as per attached Exhibits A <br />6. The site is proposed to be divided into to two lots: the existing single family <br />dwelling at 1760 Silver Lake Rod will be 12,060 square feet and the western 76 feet <br />will be 10,045 square feet; and, <br /> <br />.1 <br />~ j <br />Ii <br />li <br /> <br />il <br />,I <br />i~E IT FURTHER RESOL VED, that based upon the above findings of fact, the application PL 03- 01 is <br />I: hereby approved. <br />!i <br />I Adopted this 27th day of May, 2003. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />'i <br /> <br />~~I\.~ <br /> <br />Steve Larson, Mayor <br /> <br />i~l;:V.'~~:t'IZ.
