That an application for a preliminary plat, PL-120 <br />I, I <br />;1 <br />II was filed with the City of New Brighton on I <br />Ii September 4, 1979. <br />!; <br />II 2 . That such application was reviewed by the New I <br /> i Brighton Planning Commission Board of Review on <br />,1 September 18, 1979 and October 16, 1979. I <br /> , <br />'I <br />:i 3. T hat the City Co un c i 1, pur sua n t top u b 1 ish e d and I <br />d mailed notices, held a public hearing on November 13, I <br />11 <br />!l 1979, all person's present at the hearing were given I <br />~ i <br />" an opportunity to be heard. <br />d <br />Ii I <br />'II 4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff, <br /> ! <br /><i the Planning Commission minutes and recommendations I <br />" <br />il were considered. <br /> \ <br />II I <br />11 <br />Ii I <br />,I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the New Brighton City I <br />i! <br />~ ! Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to I <br /> I <br />II PL-120: I <br />I! ! <br />(i i <br />" l. That the plat is complete and contain all required <br />!~ I <br />II information. <br />" I <br />I 2. That the type of development proposed is consistent I <br />" with the proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br />II 3. That the proposed plat meets all zoning code <br />,i requirements. <br /> 4. That the vacation of the alley in this plat does not <br />I' interfere with the City's provision of services. <br />,I <br /> i <br /> ! <br />i! BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application for <br />~ I <br />!i <br /> I preliminary plat, PL-120 is hereby approved subject to the <br />i following: <br />:1 <br /> l. That all grading, drainage and utilities be <br />, <br />d <br />1I subject to approval by the City Engineer. <br />ii 2.
