RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING THE RELOCATION <br /> I <br /> I OF A CERTAIN SINGLE FAMILY HOME WITHIN THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> WHEREAS, An application to relocate a single family <br /> I <br /> I dwelling has been made by Irv Moen from 2156 Old Highway #8 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I to 760 1st Street N.W. <br /> WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is <br /> as follows: <br /> r 1. That an application for a building relocation was <br /> filed with the City of New Brighton on October 2, <br /> I 1979. <br /> I 2. That such application met the legal requirements I <br /> for submission. I <br /> I 3 . That the City Council, pursuant to published and I <br /> I mailed notices, held a public hearing on October 23, <br /> 1979, all person's present at the hearing were given <br /> I. an opportunity to be heard. The written comments <br /> and analysis of the City staff were considered. <br />II <br /> II NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton City <br /> " Counci 1 makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />'I <br />II the building relocation: 1 <br /> I I <br /> ;1 <br />!I 1. That the structure is a single family dwelling to <br /> 'I be relocated into a R-1, Single Family Residential <br />II <br /> zoning district. <br />I 2. That the area is proposed for single family <br />I residential use in the proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br />I 3. That the house to be relocated is compatible with <br />I the houses in the area which are comparabre in size <br />! <br />" and age. <br />II <br />II BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the request for building <br /> relocation is hereby approved subject to the following I <br />II conditions: <br /> 1.
