Ii il il NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counci 1 of the II Ci ty of New Bri ghton, Mi nnesota: H Ii 1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached II hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall II constitute the special assessment against the lands named Ii the rei n, and e a c h t r act 0 f 1 and the rei n i n c 1 u d e d ish ere by ,I found to be benefi ted by the proposed improvement in the amount !I of the assessment levied against it. :! 2.
