I RESOLUTION NO 2236 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON I RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON THE 1977 BITUMINOUS STREET I OVERLAYS, PROJECT NO. 77-4 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of New Ii I Brighton, Minnesota as follows: II II I WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper~notice duly given as required by law the City Council has met and heard and passed upon all I' objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of: i I Location: i 1. 16th Street N.W. between Silver Lake Road & Stinson Blvd. I 2. 17th Street N.W. between 20th Ave. N. W. & 29th Avenue N.W. I 3. 19th Avenue N.W. between 14th St. N.W. & 16th Street N.W. I. 4. 20th Avenue N.W. between 17th St. N.W. & Rice Creek Road 5. Continental Drive between County Road IIDII & Rolls Road 'I 6. Imperial Lane 'I II 7. Mound Avenue N.W. between Silver Lake Road & Long Lake Road 8. Redwood Lane between 5th Street N.W. & Forestdale Road II By: L iI The construction of 1~1I bituminous street overlays. I; !I i I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the i City of New Brighton, Minnesota: I Ii II 1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached II hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall Ii constitute the special assessment against the lands named II therein, and each tract of land therein included is hereby II found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. II I I 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual Ie I Ii installments extending over a period of two (2) years, the Ii first of the installments to be payable on or after the first I Monday in January, 1980, and sha 11 bear interest at the rate I I' II of eight percent (8%) per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution.
