STATE OF MINNESTOA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> I CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ~ <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY <br /> PLAT FOR PRD #29 WHICH AMENDS PRD #2, WINDSOR GREEN ASSOCIATION. <br /> II WHEREAS, An application for a Planned Residential li1evelop- <br /> h ment entitled PRD #29 has been made by Windsor Green Association <br /> ii to amend PRD #2, Windsor Green in order to construct 8 additional <br /> j townhouse units on property located g~nerlJ1Y eestlofSilver <br /> I" <br /> II Lake Road, and southwest of Windsor Lane. <br /> WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br /> I follows: <br /> I I <br /> 1 l. That an application for an amendment to a Planned <br /> 11 <br /> d Residential Development was filed with the City of <br /> II New Brighton on June 13, 1979. <br /> II 2. That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton <br /> II Planning Commission Board of Review on June 19, 1979 <br /> L and June 28, 1979. <br /> Ii 3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed <br /> I notices, held a public hearing on July 10, 1979, all <br /> I person's present at the hearing were given an <br /> I; opportunity to be heard. <br /> 'I 4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff, <br /> II the Planning Commission minutes and recommendations <br /> were considered. <br /> I, <br /> il NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton City <br /> I! Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br /> I <br /> ,I PRD #29: I <br /> I' <br /> I l. That the proposed development is consistent with the <br /> type, density, height and bulk of surrounding lands, <br /> II the zoning ordinance and proposed Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2 . That the proposal is consistent with the stated purpose <br /> of the PRD ordinance as it makes the most efficient <br /> II use of land and open space. <br /> , 3. That circulation and the open space are adequate for <br /> ! their intended purposes. <br /> I 4. That the proposed development would not be detrimental <br /> I, to public health, safety, morals and general welfare <br /> II of the surrounding area. <br /> I! BE IT FURTHER RES~LVED T~At the ~f~i1fu1n~fY plan for PRD <br /> I' #29 is hereby approved subject to the following condition: <br /> II l.
