Raymond Perron, 177 Cleveland Avenue S.W. to <br /> permit a subdivision of property creating two (2) lots having <br /> less than the required width and less than the required area, <br /> and, <br /> I <br /> I WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as <br /> follows: <br /> Ii <br /> l. That an application for a variance VN-195 was <br /> ,I <br /> I' filed with the City on September 15, 1978; <br /> I 2. That the Board of Review heard and reviewed <br /> the application at its meetings on October 17 <br /> and November 21, 1978; <br /> 3. That the City Park Board heard and reviewed <br /> the application on November 1, 1978; <br /> 4. That the Board of Planning reviewed the <br /> I request VN-195 on November 16, 1978; <br /> I 5. That the City Council, pursuant to published <br /> I and mailed notices, held a public hearing <br /> I on December 12, 1978, February 13, 1979, <br /> I March 27, 1979, April 10, 1979, May 8, 1979, <br /> June 26, 1979 to consider the application. <br /> All person's present at the hearing were <br /> I given an opportunity to be heard; <br /> 6 . The written comments and analysis of the <br /> City Planner, the Planning Commission Minutes <br /> i, and recommendation and all person's statements <br /> II made at the public hearing were considered. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> il <br /> II of New Brighton that the following Findings of Fact are made <br /> I, in respect to VN-195; <br /> II l. That the variance requests both a reduced <br /> I <br /> lot width and lot area; <br /> 2 . That the applicant has presented no I <br /> il warrants for the variance in terms of <br /> I' undue hardship or unique circumstances I <br /> II and how they apply to the property; <br /> II 3. That the lot sizes of neighboring <br /> properties meet or exceed the minimum <br /> requirements for R-l Single Family <br /> Residential lots; <br /> I 4.
