<br /> .... <br /><FI-- . <br />.. / . <br />/ . <br />" . . - Resolution No. 2203 . <br />.... . <br /> Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br /> City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular <br /> meeting of the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota, <br /> was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday , the <br /> 8th day of May , 1979, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> The following Councilmen were present: <br /> Senden <br /> Benke <br /> Blomquist <br /> Janecek <br /> Werdouschegg <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> None <br /> * * * * * * * * * <br /> Councilman Blomquist introduced and read <br /> the following written resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL <br /> TO A PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT BY <br /> S-H REALTY UNDER THE MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT ACT, AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF AN <br /> APPLICATION TO THE COMMISSIONER OF SECURITIES FOR <br /> APPROVAL THEREOF AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION <br /> OF DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROJECT <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> was duly seconded by Councilman Werdouscheqq , and upon <br /> vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Senden <br /> Benke <br /> Blomquist <br /> Janecek <br /> Werdouschegg <br /> and, the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
