AND WEST OF 8TH <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I AVENUE N.W. <br /> I <br /> i <br /> t WHEREAS, A public hearing was held by the City Council of <br /> il the City of New Brighton on April 24, 1979 to consider the <br /> q upgrading of 10th Street N.W. between 1-694 and 3rd Avenue N.W. <br /> II <br /> and, <br /> 'i <br /> :1 WHEREAS, At said public hearing the City Council of the <br /> City of New Brighton did order the lOth Street project (City <br /> !l Improvement 79-10) but deleted the proposed side street <br /> iJ <br /> :I improvement at lOth and 11th Avenue N.W. until alternate <br /> I <br /> Ii alignments could be studied. <br /> H <br /> I' <br /> Ii <br /> II NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> I, City of New Brighton, that the Director of Public Works of <br /> Ii <br /> II the City of New Brighton is hereby ordered to prepare a <br /> '. feasibility study of alternate street alignments in the area <br /> q <br /> II south of lOth Street N.W., east of 11th Avenue N.W. north of <br /> rt 8th Street N.W. and west of 8th Avenue N.W.
