.. , r -" ,. ~ ~ RESOLUTION NO 2155 STAT~ OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT IN REGARD TO REZONING APPLICATION, R-104 WHEREAS an application for rezoning, R-104, has been made by Omega Management, Inc. to rezone property from R-2, Two Family Residential to B-1 Limited Business, and WHEREAS the procedural history of the application is as follows: a. That an application for rezoning, R-104, was filed with the City of New Brighton on November 29, 1978, such application requesting rezoning of certain property from R-2, Two Family Residential to B-1, Limited Business; b. That such application met the legal requirements for submission; c. That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton Planning Commission Board of Planning on December 7, 1978; d. That the City Council, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing on December 27, 1978; all person's present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard and the written report of City staff and the Planning Commission were considered; e. That the Council held the first reading of this rezoning ordinance on December 27, 1978; f. That the Council held the second reading of the rezoning ordinance on January 9, 1979. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton, tha t the following findings of fact are made in respect to R-104: a. That the proposed rezoning from R-2, Two Family Residential to B-1, Limited Business was found consistent with the proposed Comprehensive Plan which designates this parcel as B-1, Limited Business. b.
